Perhaps one of these links will help you. 8) 8)

To determine whether the product has been activated, start Free Flight in Flight Simulator X. Click Help, and then click About. If there is no menu, press the ALT key. You should see the product ID number. If the product ID number is missing, the product has not been activated.

Okay, I read in your links that I should restart fs and activate the game. then this error message comes up. I don't know if I can take a picture of it. It says this- "An error occured while attempting to activate the product. The problem may be due to an incomplete installation of the applicatioin. Reinstalling the application may resolve the problem. Otherwise, please contact product support for assistance." So, I tried to reinstall the game. I don't want to unistall the game because I don't want an error to occur and I'm not able to play the game. I tried to repair it and recieved another error message. I will get back to what that error says In just a momment.

I read some information regarding the message I will see how the problem works out.
