Hi there. I have been looking for some really cool aircraft from the days of long ago and my search seams to have been in vain so far.
I call upon the resourses of the universe (and SurClaro users) to help me in my plight. My main fetish is for the long and sleek tender lines of all aircraft from that time when flying was an art almost akin to sculpturing and painting in oils. the throb of single seated biplanes as of the type which Wilbur and Orville would fly at the beach. So abley launched into the air with massive counterweights dragging as well as teasing the cheese cloth covered airframe for that first flight of 100 yards.
My desire for other aircraft of that ilk could also be satisfied (I am sure ) by anyone showing me the direction of such a site from whence I could indulge my passions and download some of these lovely aircraft. Thank you in anticipation of your help.
P.S. In other words Where is there a site wot i can get very old planes from?

Hi King Dave, if you really want to fly WW1 aircraft and not spend too much, go to http://www.dawnofaces.com/fs_doa.html and you can download the Dawn of Aces for free. It used to cost to play by the month and may still do? but you can play single player games for free as well.

You have around 10-12 planes I believe and 1 Zepplin to fly. Give it shot and I hope this helps? the download is only 18 MB.
