Hey

Having some issues. Just bought FSX, updated it to SP1

I changed from Fullscreen to Windowed and now i cant even get it back to fullscreen. the game refuses to load into a windowed viewer and just hangs.

How can i get it back to fullscreen mode by config file ? or what ever ?

Also when i select free flight while set to windowed mode, the 3d model of the plane does not appear, its just a black window.

For your first question..... Find your FSX.CFG, and delete it. Then restart FSX, and reset your settings to what you had before.

For the second problem. It can be because of one or two things. The first could be in the FSX.CFG. The second, if you have an Nvidia card, you need to drop your Antiailising to 4 on the control panel.

I would delete and reset your FSX.CFG first, then start it, and see what happens. If it fixes your black box problem, then good. If not, then go into your g-card control panel, and drop your antiailising to 4.

Also, so we don't miss anything, or it doesn't work, post up your system specs.
