| Well, for one thing, not many people seemed to have great satisfaction using the X45 with FSX or FS9. But I can't help you much, sorry. I am considering getting one though, so maybe I can help you in about a month. :) |

| Just before closing out. Set everything up the way you want FS to start flying, while you are still parked before you move, save the flight, make it your default flight. then end flight and exit. As for me, I use FSUIPC registered and my assignments are permanent till I change 'em. Also, make sure you are not using a profiler program, it could be overriding your settings. |

Did you use Saitek's profile editor software to program any of the functions? If you did and you unplug the joystick from its USB port then plug it back in again later you will have to reload your saved profile. The profile editor icon will appear in the system tray when you plug in the joystick. Just right click it then click on the name of the profile you saved and it wil reload to the joystick.
One other question. Are you exiting FS the normal way or are you using the task manager to "end process?" If you are using the task manager to shut down the program then you settings will not be saved. |
