That's a nice looking case. I like the fans and vents. My only suggestion would be to add a 120mm fan on the back side of the MB to suck out air, and create more air movement around it.
To me, it looks like there would be some dead air behind the MB, creating a warm/hot spot.

I have current news... I have an AGP slot while i need PCI-E slots... dang!
So another motherboard is coming... including a Core2 Quad Q6600....
