Ok i just got Windows Vista Premium 32-bit installed on my computer. First off, WOW. I had ZERO issues installing it. Took about an hour. I have only had a few issues with some programs not installing like Ultimate Traffic. I only have 1gb of memory and thought is was going to lag, nothing. I haven't played any games yet been to busy getting it back up and going, i mean installing games. Another thing, i have a printer that i can connect to wireless and i though it would be a hassle, nope, just had windows find the printer and then it installed it in about 45 seconds. I misplaced my FSX disks so i need to find them, so i can't say anything about that. I did not install mobo drivers only sound because i found it, but don't have a problem with windows drivers. Very, very, very sleek new look. Tons of toys, didn't even play with them yet. One thing i don't like is it asks you if your sure and if you want to open this .exe really gets annoying, i think you can turn that off though. Over all i'm pleased. 4.65 out of 5. For those who don't have it, don't bash it. Also those who are think about it, upgrade then get it. Don't listen to half of the reviews as they probably don't even own this killer OS.
Share your experience of Vista. I would like to hear what you have to say.

Your problems, or lack of, is because your still using a 32bit OS. When you move up to the 64bit, you'll sing a different tune.

I have the 64bit Vista Ult. And there was, and still are some issues with it on my Super Rig. I do like it, but it made me buy some extra Advil.

ya i figured, i got ultimate traffic to work. Well maybe by the time my new computer is built 64bit will become more "stable" for lack of better terms.

Honestly, I am praying that they hurry up with the first Service Pack. But not so fast, that I need number 2 in 2 weeks. LOL

Vista can be looked at as good or bad- it depends on what you're using the computer for. At my college- they gave us an awesome laptop- here's the link for it-- http://www.stevens.edu/csc/

As you may have noticed, all the software is compatible with Vista- so I haven't had any problems. Especially since all new software, for the most part- is built to be able to run with Vista.

If you're tryin to use some older programs with Vista, you may run into issue. Like was mentioned before- it doesn't hurt to have the 32-bit, instead of the 64-bit.

Just my two cents... :D
