greetings fellow simmers....
does anyone remember the SR-71?....well my G-Pa was a technical advisor to the Skunkworks program back when it was in full swing....and to me he is a hero....now at 85, he is doing as well as can be expected....when i was a small lad he scared me with his presence..a strong,quiet man....but when work needed doing he got the job done...he was stationed in Okinawa for many years and i saw him little, but when i did see him and asked about his job he would say.."its a secret"...lol...now he is here with us..after G-Ma passed he wanted to live close to family....I just wanted to share this with you b-cuz life is short and none of us get out of this alive.....
