If you look 11 files down you will see a set of reduced textures meant to help your framerates along in FSX. Sounds like he's reformatted some bitmaps to DXT1 or 3 from larger 32 bit files as well. Might get you a few frames...I have not auditioned this file (I don't have FSX), this is just a pointer. Be nice if a few tried it and reported back their results . ABSOLUTELY make sure to take the time and effort to back up all files you are replacing!!!
