| I'm wanting to create my own aircraft and the only thing I have is an image. Are there any tools to shape and render the aircraft? |

| Yes there is and it came with your FS2004 disks. Look for a program called gmax. |

Nevermind. I found it on the first disk. Which I should have figured. |

| Ok, I got started on my aircraft and I'm wondering how to convert the thing to FS format. I know what happens if the format isn't converted properly. |

First you need to get the FS2004 SDK.
The FS2004 SDK has all the info you need to learn how to convert the gmax file to an FS model.
You can get the FS2004 SDK from one of these links:
http://www.scenery.org/tutorials_fs2k4_SDK.htm
http://www.byteforge.com/simworld/msfs_files.htm |
