I was taking a few laps around the pattern today when my instructor jumps out on me. There are few feelings similar to having the responsibility for your own life suddenly thrusted upon you the way an instructor does when he climbs out.
So I made 3 landings in a variable crosswind and with heavy traffic- choppers to turboprops to cubs to archers- and managed to survive!
