It wasn't you......... Planet had a huge explosion, which took out out a lot of electrical equipment, although most were restored in a short space of time, Surclaro unfortunatly was one of the unfortunate ones that have only just been pulled back online........... As you can see, we are back up and running once more.

Not to worry KA0014,

We like you just the way you are. :D

Swapping user names in mid stream is never a good idea unless for some reason it can't be helped.

We've missed your presence and a lot of other folks as well. We've been trying to contact as many as possible to inform the about what's going on, but unfortunately most of our regular SurClaro family of users have elected to keep their email addresses private. Everyone here understands any reason for keeping email addresses private. But it has also become our Frankenstein's Monster, too. No doubt, we have lost a lot of our wonderful subscribership because we had no way of contacting them (in their literal thousands)!

When SurClaro went offline due to a fire or explosion at The Planet---which has been hosting SurClaro all of these years---those of us who have shared their email addresses were able to migrate over to Farmboyzim's Forum @ http://farmboyzimsflightsims.com/forum/profile.php?mode=register where the core few of us have been residing in modest fashion ever since.
And until SurClaro is back in full swing, there's no doubt that we will continue to post forum topics at FarmboyZim's. I encourage you to register there so that you're not missing anything!

As to whether or not forum subscriber's should hide his/her email address should always remain a personal option. We have witnessed a large amount of damage done because of our inability to contact die-hard subscribers. To say nothing of the Advanced Subscribers who have been paying and not receiving their due. In that regard, there seems to be no solution other than not to continue your advanced subscription at SurClaro.

Any how, it's good to see you back my fine fellow! Just thought I would go the extra measure and bring you up to date. Please do register at Farmy's Forum! Just in case the MotherShip goes down again!

i'll also chime in on this one, only because it was I who started a Temporary Surclaro Forum ( http://surclaroforums.proboards85.com ) that 25 people joined BEFORE migrating to Farmboyz forum. Come on Jeager, at least give the correct dues where they are due. For Whatever reason, most untold to me, people started migrating over to Farmboyz, but now that this is back up and running, it looks like we might have a little painting to do and carpet cleaning, but it is home.

There is no place like home. Welcome back

You're right Prop. For the record, I should have put your forum in my reply to KA0014's post.

My apologies. No harm was intended.
