Been there, Done that and read the book.......... I have been running this now for two years... I can vouch for it 100%.
Mainly because I didnt want to see the scroll bars in my movies.
You can find it here: http://library.avsim.net/search.php?SearchTerm=nobrakes.zip&CatID=root&Go=Search
Any problems, call me.

You must have done something wrong, it worked first time for me, and has been for 2 years......... You only have to watch one of my movies to see that !
Original Language.dll can be found on Disc 1 of FS9

The instructions tell you to back up the original....... you should always make a point of doing that whatever changes you are making to fs9

You should back up the original language.dll, or move to a save place where you can get back to it, then drop the new language.dll into the root folder of fs9, do not place it anywhere else.

If your trying to get rid of the green airport information scrolling text, then do the following.
Hit Alt, open Settings, go to ATC, uncheck the text view. Shut down FS9, then restart.
That should take care of it. The language.dll does not control ATC texts.
