RWY12 addons won't appear in FS9

I have downloaded and installed

Airport Beacon with Tower by Newton Drumond and Fern Marques
Matt`s OshKosh Objects by Matthew Tomkins
I've tried placing a few in fs9 and nothing shows up but the stuff that came with rwy12 appears. It's not any kind of exclude or setting in the sim I don't think and checked to make sure everything install. I'm sure this something really simple I haven't done here.
