I have looked around the net for a Flyable Aim-9 Sidewinder Missle, but my 4 hour search has not turned up anything. Would there possibly be a chance that someone could undertake the small challenge and build one?? If you need any pictures to go off of for the build, here are a few that i found.... http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/systems/munitions/aim-9-pics.htm
thanks |

You want to fly a missile?
You want to be the missile?
You want to be the vessel of destruction, careening from ahigh into wherever you deem the earth's surface is fit for destruction?
Yeah. O.K.
Better let me finish up Haun's hangar project, then you can be a missile.

EDIT: Would make for some interesting video now wouldn't it? Missile-eye view, etc...integrated with fighter footage, etc.
Twisted fun to be had for sure. I'll get back to you soon, just need a little time, and to get a few things organized within the maelstrom of creative messes I'm immersed in. Talk soon. 8O |

I'ts not an AIM9 Sparrow, but there is a missle that you can fly. Either from Simviation or Flight Sim.
I'll see if I can find it for ya.

its only a thought... but when building the missle, you dont really have to include a PANEL as there is a panel from the RQ-4A Unmaned Drone from here that will work perfectly for this application.
here is the panel that I am thinking of using..... |

| Hey Capt....I'll look at starting your specific missile soon. I have a few things already in the works and so need to avoid falling into my 'Yup, I'll get it done right away" trap. (Who me?) Let me get a handle on my current WIP's and we'll get you all missiled up in good time...'kay? :) |
