| I dont think "real" was one of his qualifiers, kind of a perception test. Occasionally you will see planet of origin type surveys like this one in the Surclaro forums  |

A girl in one of my classes yesterday dd a briefing on the 747 and she had a "model" made of durable plastic and could fly (across the water), best of all, it cost her $2.72. It was a pool float. Like the swans people used to have.

On a trip to my local RAF air base they were phasing out the RAF Jaguars, I when I asked if I could have one they said yeah, I could have it for £3000. Unfortunatly I dont have three grand (being 16).
This is for the whole aircraft, excluding the weapons systems and electronics etc.
If you need a new engine for it though, it will cost a bit more than your average job could pay for. |

Yep, I am being serious
The plane itself was in very good condition, but I should imagine that the engine would need replacing, as it was not in service, I thought about having one in the back garden (how cool would that be) |
