Helping a friend here. He has FSX + the acceleration package running on direct x 9.
I think he has also added a scenery creation add on.
He problem is the following: When flying the mustang, the engine and cockpit burst into flames approximately 15 seconds after obtaining level flight.
Also, while taxing at the Georgetown, TX airport, he suddenly crashes into ...NOTHING!!!!!
Do not know what type system he is running except that it is Windows XP.
I think it has to do with the scenery add on but want someone's opinion before I suggest he uninstalls the software. Software was a download and he doesn't have original disk.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

| Do you mean to imply that he "downloaded" FSX? I am not aware that one can buy FSX and or Acceleration via download. |

| i think he means he Downloaded the add-on, but i think you can get it via down oad. |
