| My problem is that when I want to arm the autothrottle on take off or in flight it will sometimes enggage it usually dosen't. 8O |

Auto throttle arm switch on will engage Auto throttle when any of the following speed intervention / vertical navigation modes are engaged.
FLCH
VNAV
TO/GA
N1
SPD |
