I just got my laptop back :D , i was using my external hard drive with fs9 on it. I was using my PC, and i downloaded fs9 files onto it. Now that I have my laptop, i created a new shortcut from fs9 on the external and went to go play and it said something about the graphics card  . Now the screen is half of what it use to be.
CAN ANYONE HELP

Let me get this straight...
did you transfer the FS files over the the ext HDD from your desktop PC and then try to run FS from your laptop with these files?

I don't know if you are hearing me or I'm not hearing you but I don't know what you seek?
Yeah, your screen size is half the size but why? You need to elaborate more in order to get help bud. Did you do a complete install of FS on the ext HDD from your laptop? If not, then the settings it got when installing were from a computer you aren't using to run FS with...get it? ie. your desktop PC setup FS on that HDD with it's setttings, and not your laptops. If you have a CD drive on your laptop then try installing FS from there onto the HDD. Either way, I can't help you until you tell us what exactly you did, to the letter, so we can tell you what you should do now. Are you running Xp? ME, DOS 3.1? Pentium or 8086 processor? Who knows?
Try answering the above requests and I bet we'll have you up and running in no time...better than ever before!

You're not alone man! I looked at this post last night and walked away scratching my head.
I agree with Exx...check your display settings in FS on the laptop. Chances are your PC and laptop have different size monitors? |
