Does anyone have a standardized pirep form they like to use? I am looking for a form to keep notes of my flight on; weather, fuel load, pax, etc. Does anyone have a favorite they always use that they could send my way?

Design your own. That way its got what you want in the order you want with nothing you dont want!
Ide send you mine, but I dont think you want a spot to fill in how many pounds/kilos of........er.....um........"product" was deliverd and how much I had to use to bribe my way out of being busted!
