| I used to have very smokey aircraft. All of them, whether prop or jet. From start up, during taxi, to take-off. Only my helicopters lacked smoke. I never individually installed the smoke effects on individual aircraft. The smoke appeared across the board. Over time, I have obviously screwed something up, because now my aircraft are smoke-free. Whenever I used to see a, ( so called ), "new & improved" smoke effect, I'd download and install it. Well, it's clear to me now that one or more of those "new & improved" smoke effects really were not "improved". I've probably overwritten my good smoke effects, and replaced them with something inferior. How can I restore major smokiness to all my aircraft again, ( like they all were before ), without having to individually modify the config. files of certain aircraft, ( that's something I've never done, and I had lots of smoke in the past )??? I don't know the difference between the smoke effect files that worked well, versus the smoke effect files that don't, except to say that it's the newer add-on erffects that have stopped the older ones from working. The older smoke effect downloads worked extremely well. They did not overwrite each other. On the contrary, some of them complimented each other and worked together. That's why I used to have so much engine exhaust smoke. I want it back. HELP!......Thank You... :lol: |
