hmmmm...should be pretty easy Rick. Even if you took a brush, med gray, 20px wide at about 25% opacity you should be able to get some kind of dust spots? Always do it on a seperate layer though just in case you don't like it.
Keep at it man...takes a while to get the hang of it...or ping me on msn and we'll go through it step by step if you want. I don't mind spending some time on it. You might want to reduce your alpha as well...get rid of that fake FS shine...
