Welcome to the site Mr Pot (dope?)

Can help you a little with both questions:

1. Ya, with a special 220 > 110 adapter you will be able to use a laptop here with no problems, also you can buy the charger for the laptop model here, and have the same effect. Basically the american charger that comes with the laptop makes 12 V out of 110V, here you would have 12V out of 220 V if you buy the same device here.....goes about the same price as a 220 > 110 adaptor.

2. To become a Private Pilot you need at least 18 years of age, Class 2 medical, about 3 months of free time, and about 3000~5000 EURO for the school and licence expences. The love for aviation, good spirit, the urge to get airborne is ofcourse required too

If there are any more questions go to www.caa.co.uk and get some more data. Best way, and most precise, and up-to-date data.

Regards,
Max

remember that i'm not sure of it. and think of it like this: estonians are (usually) not very rich. not like the swiss or so. and aircraft and aircraft lessons cost a lot of money. so even grown-up rarely fly. we only have about 10 cessnas in the whole country in the hands of air clubs. and for solo you must, what , fly 40+ hours with an instructor? the average 1-hour flying price with an instuctor is about 200$ and that stims forty is...8000$.

i think you agree that it's more than a kid gets from his parents or a job.
