YO WAZZAP EVERYONE!! 8)
Just stoppin by to say a little Howdy Do to the Surclaro community here!! -- YEA! YEA! -- been a member for a looong while now (since I've been flight simming for 5 years or so) --- and have been hesitant to make a comment........but HERE I AM!! :D
I've got a question that maybe some of you kool flight sim dudes might know! --- I've been using FS2002 for quite sometime now......(since I've upgraded from FS2000)........and has always been a real pleasure to play with....(I'M REAAL GOOD!!).......never had any major problems other than choppy frame rates (got a crappy PC -- so I stick with FS2002) -- which doesn't really bother me that much.......
The problem is that recently I've been flight simming on FS2002, and for some strange unknown reason......every time I download the latest weather conditions using "REAL WEATHER" --- after waiting a minute or so ---- the download is complete.......but instead of bringing up the most current weather.....it keeps giving me the same old out-of-date information from a week ago.......over........and over........
AND OVER AGAIN!! --- DRIVING ME INSANE!!!!! 8O
This has never happened to me before.....and it's making me start to lose my interest with the game (which I don't want to....it's SO FUN!!) --- since I love the challenge of flying with real-time weather conditions.......
If anyone has any suggestions as to correct the problem......please let me know ......thanks!!
PEACE OUT!! --- koolkat007 ---
(P.S. btw......I read somewhere that microsoft recently changed the ip address of the server for the weather?? -- is that accurate?? -- just making sure....) |

Check out this link to MS Knowledge Base concerning out-dated "Real World Weather".
