I saw a Dolphin HH65 as a S.A.R aircraft and i would like to take one of the
ones i have and repaint it . The problem is I do not have the latest graphics
card for one and all my paint programs will not allow me to paint over texutures already created . I am looking for a blank texture that would work in photo shop or paint shop does any one have any ideas ??

Sure do...
1. Make sure you have permission to repaint the model/textures you want to alter.
2. If you can have pshop or PSP then you can paint over a texture subject to item #1 above. Blank paintkits just make it easy to paint is all, doesn't stall any efforts to paint over a texture.
