How do you change the OBS degrees on the VOR radio's I have rolled my mouse over the Horizontal situation indicator but there isn't any button or the like by or on it which lets you change the degrees.

I hope someone can help me, and please excuss me for my ignorance as I am new to flying the boeing in fs2002
