Re-locating scenery objects

Hi:
I noticed a xip file wit two bridges on it, one of which bore a striking resemblance to the George Westinghouse Bridge in Turtle Creek PA (please don't laugh at the name). Is it possible to re-locate and re-orient the bridge from its original location? How difficult is it? Thanks!
