What are you using for a browser? Don't say Internet Explorer! ;)
Use Firefox...way better with less security holes and a far superior download manager.

Name some problems. Because some web sites I visited on Internet explorer look EXTREMELY distorted on Mozilla Firefox.
How can Firefox help stop hackers? |

Hackers use ActiveX controls to install spyware, adware, and viruses on systems using IE. Very easy to do so. Firefox loads pages much faster, allows greater control over popups and downloading of files/scripts and better UI. Kind of like Opera does.
List is endless. Reason your images are distorted isn't due to Firefox, its the way the page is setup for IE only. I used to be a hardcore IE fan but got sick of the security vulnerabilities it had and it's slow nature. Spyware Blaster and Hijack were certainly busy during my tenure with IE. Since Groundsquirrel/Rick/Gonzalo told me about Firefox I haven't looked back since. IE had to d/l fixes once a week...have had only 2 in the last 6 months from Firefox...hard to break into it.
Ultimately its your choice guys. Just giving you a heads up to IE's problems is all.

Yes, I agree that Firefox loads pages much faster. I am so amazed of how IE is so slow and both applications do the same thing.
I use both IE and Firefox. But I download things using Firefox. |
