Didnt find anything from google, thought that maybe sb could give me a hand here. I would like to overclock my video card (Leadtek Winfast PX6600 GT Extreme with current speeds of 550/560, i think both should be factory overclocked.) but i want to get a view on my gpu temperatures before i start to hack anything :). I'm a little scared toing it without knowing weather it is already glowing in heat or not. And if anyone already has overclocked his/her 6600gt then could You even give further details about it?

Thanks in advance,

Myth

Thanks, ok, lmao, calming down.

well i gotta o'clock my cpu then :D

ok actually i have a problem. my leadtek came with leadteks drivers, but it seems they dont update them as often as nvidia does. last update is about 2 months old. I am wondering what would happen if i swapped the drivers?

try them. If they don't work as well then rollback to the originals. To find the right drivers takes at least a day or two if you want the best.

Can't say you won't inflict damage...what if you don't like the drivers and kick your case over in frustration? Or what if you install the drivers and something else kooks up? Always a risk with installation of anything. Thats the chance you take when you try to do-it-yourself...

Good luck!
