I am having problems with some of the scenery, as you can see in the picture below, the scenery sinks really bad leaving huge craters around the UT and NV and some other areas, any clues on why this is happening? I dounloaded the 38 m scenery from FSGenesis. ANy help would be really appreciated, you can write to me at smoothing@hotmail.com. I have a Nvidia card with 128 DDR, and 1GB DDR memory so I don't think is a memory issue. I use full settings on my FS. Thank you.

I "think" you have to edit your FS9.cfg file for 38m terrain. Check and see if it is as follows.
TERRAIN_MAX_VERTEX_LEVEL=21
I am not that tech savy but I saw that somewhere recently. One of the Gurus will be along to verify this. |

Contact FS Genesis...they have issues with some sceneries and fixes to go along with them. It is a payware item so naturally you would go back to the person you bought it from for any anomalies. It's a mesh issue. Unless someone here is running the same scenery or has a fix of course...

If it's the mesh for BC...it has some issues. I had the same problem when I ran it along with FS Global...had to uninstall FS Genesis. It is not compatible with some other mesh addons. Sorry, memory failed me there.
Do let us know if you come up with a fix for it...cheers.

| Appreciate all your help guys, I found out apparently there are issues with the 38 m mesh for the Rockies and parts of NV as well, I will find something different to use in the meantime. Thank you all for your help. |
