|
|
hello,
I noticed many aircraft downloaded with in-flight cabin views that are just regular pictures. So i figured I could make any view with any picture. I saved a cabin view of an Airbus A340 and made it rear.bmp (bitmap format) before copying it into my FS2002/aircraft/A340/panel folder and editing the panel.cfg to have a rear view with fixed window and file rear.bmp with the ident of the view. Anyways, In FS2002, when I hit rear key, its just black, how do I get the actual picture to show up, and how do I make it (like some other photoreal shots) so you can see out the windows in FS?
thanks |

You have to convert the bmp to DXT3 format. Can't use standard bitmaps in FS. Use DXTBmp by Martin Wright.

| Also, you will have to edit the window portion to make it transparent. |
