DISCLAIMER

THE FOLLOWING VIDEO TUTORIAL IS NOT THE PROPER WAY OF LANDING A BOEING 747 OR ANY OTHER JET FOUND WITHIN MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR 2004. THIS IS MY WAY OF DOING IT. THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES ARE MY PROCEDURES ON HOW TO LAND. I DO NOT CLAIM THAT THIS IS THE CORRECT WAY OF LANDING. I DO NOT CLAIM THAT THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO LAND. I DO CLAIM THAT YOU CAN LAND THIS PARTICULAR JET AT AN AIRPORT WITH THE FLAPS FULLY DEPLOYED 45 MILES FROM THE AIRPORT. I DO CLAIM THAT IN SO DOING THIS PROCEDURES YOU WILL NOT GET ANY STRESS WARNINGS FROM LANDING THIS WAY.

I split the videos into 3 parts. I compressed them using the trial version of Sorenson Squeeze 4.2 so there will be a watermark on the bottom right corner of the video but it will not obstruct your view. The guages are easy to read due to the compression technology in Sorenson Squeeze 4.2 As stated above in the disclaimer, these are my procedures to landing a 747 with flaps fully deployed 45 miles from the airport and in no way that this is the correct way to land a jet. Each file is or around 15,000 kbs so a high speed connection is recommended. if you are using dial up (56k) it should take you and hour to download the videos. Enjoy :D

I'm sorry. :D

Part 1 is 14,937 KB
Part 2 is 13,371 KB
Part 3 is 13,259 KB

All 3 files were around the 90,000 KB compressed in Divx format and then I recompressed them using Sorenson Squeeze. :)

I did it that way because I wanted to see just how much I could get away with in the simulator. Mind you, the FAA are gonna fine the crap out of me for doing it this way
