I know that when searching for a Nuke effect for FS2004, I found a few forums mentioning one for CFS. Which one, I am not sure. But there is one for CFS.
Your going to have to be deligent in your search.

| there is a whole aircraft set for cfs3 that comes with a b29a that has 2 diffrent kinds and several german planes that come with virus house atombombs http://www.shockwaveproductions.com/firepower/ it is worth every penny |
