I'm looking for a good model of an F-14, and instead of a long trial and error process, I figured you guys would be the ones to ask! as you may have guessed, I am using FS2002.

I was wondering if the F-14 planes for this game have a control to move the wings like on the real deal? If so that would be the first must for what I want, and also, I'd like a good virtual cockpit, that makes it look like you are flying a real F-14, dosen'T even need gauges, just needs the cockpit shape. any help is appreciated! thanks!

Do this...

Go to the downloads library, type fs2002 F-14 into the search field, hit enter and scroll down the list.

That is all, carry on gentlemen.

OR just search the downloads area for f14b. i have the f14tomcatwaikatocarrier.zip and the F-14b update (to the D). Best plane i have ever flown. Best handling, great at slow speeds (130-170 IKAS), afterburners come on when throttle is 80% .. NOT with the lights!!! and the list can keep going.

Disregard the above post. The F-14D and the carriers are only for FS9....NOT for FS2002. FS2002 will crash immediately when it see's the XML coding.

Do as GS recommended.

Chill out there guy. Look at what forum you're in. FS2002...NOT FS2004.

I downloaded one, seems really fun to fly, but with full flaps, it steers like a bumper car! still fun though, thanks for your help, and yaeh, I knew about the search function, I just didn't feel like downloading like 5 planes to find the one I wanted, so I figured I oculd trust some of your opinions
