hi, im new to flight simulator 4 and i would like help with controlling the plane more accurately by using the keypad, i find turning hard Embarassed

and how do i use the pitch? I have tried the lessons but they dont seem to help.

also on the fsx demo you can press a button that allows you to control the plane using you're mouse, id this possible on fs2004?

please help!!!

Yes, there is a gauge utility called "mouse as yoke", find it, download it, install it, read directions carefully....works like a dream for yokeless travel.

thanks a lot, and before i tried going on multiplayer, and used FSHostSpy, found a server, but all that came up was a chat box, how do i actually get in and fly with other people?

i also have a problem that when i load up the game it comes up saying 'local scenery error. Local scenery directory (scenery/world/scenery) in scenery area 001 not found'

what does this mean? the graphics are really shocking though if that helps.

1: Go to multiplayer and then connect and all that stuff. Then to to Create Flight and select plane, location etc and press FLY NOW. Then u are connected with the others. But it would be a good idea to write ?where in the chatbox, then you can see where the others are.

2: It looks like u are missing some scenery. Go browse your FS CD 4 and add the scenery you are missing (Copy the area 001 into your scenery/world/scenery directory)

Online flying ... You should get yourself an ID in Vatsim, and then install squawk box on your system. with that you can connect to the best multiplayer network, there are 100's of pilots everyday flying around and best of it all - you have live ATC.

Its really a great environment, check it out.

Any help post back here would be glad to help.
