Well I finally "built"...actually put together my first pc. I have been so excited that once I got everything loaded on, I started off playing FS2004. My problem is this...I only get a good 5 mins in the aircraft before my screen goes blank (blackouts out.....and i am not even pulling and G's!! Surprised ...LOL) I still hear sound and everything continues...but when I click the ESC button it brings me to the menu to "continue" or to "end" my flight. If I click continue, it goes back to the blank screen. If I click "end" it kicks me off the game, and wont let me back in unless I restart my PC. Any ideas? Sad

PS: these are my specs:

AMD Anthlon 2.0
1GB Memory
320 HD
7300GT 512MB Nvidia
600Watt PSU

By the way...I am a beginner...so I am barely starting off. Please help. Thanks!

Go into your graphics card 3d settings and make sure that AA (anti-aliasing) is set to no more than 4. Then get back to us.

right click on the desktop, select properties, select the settings tab, then click on the advanced button, you should see your graphics display control panel come up. From there, I dont know how similar it would be as I use ATI. There should be a 3d settings selection.

Check the temperature readings while running FS9. Is anything overheating inside your comp?
