hi every one..
something weird happened to me, maybe any of you could give me a piece of advice in case something like this happens again. i was flying my douglas dc-3, everything was in order during the whole 2 hours flight, but at the moment of the descent towards the runway, my plane started to turn to left non-stop and i realized that the right lever of the throttle, was stuck all the way up, and i couldn't move it at all.. so the right engine was working at full throttle, and all i could do was change the left engine's potency. how are you supposed to deal with something like that? that never happened to me before, but i think it might happen again, and i'd like to know how to deal with it, and i guess it's one of the engine problems emulated by the program, so i think that's something a real pilot might have to deal with on a real flight. thanks a lot everyone.

I doubt it's any kind of failure. Somehow, you're throttle got set so that it controls only engine 1. To switch back to both engines, all you need to do is press "E" followed by 1 and then 2. Don't press them all at once. You should be pressing no more than one button at once.

That's not a modelled failure, just something that happens once in a while.
Do what heeshung said or reload the plane. That's the only way to correct it.

oh, so it's not a modelled failure then.. then i must have just pressed something by mistake to set my plane into a single engine mode or something.. reloading the plane is also a good idea.. don't know why i didn't think of it before.. .thank you guys.. see you up there..

Another reason to have FSUIPC registered. With the registered version you have some amazing control over button assignments and throttles. If there is one module that everybody should have, it is FSUIPC, whether you register it or not.
