My computer passed the computer test thing and it passed except for the graphics bit

i run a NVIDIA GeForce 6100 nForce 405 graphics card..

Will it be an issue if I run FSX on my computer?

As the old saying goes.......... "Suck it and see". or "How long is a piece of string". just load up and see what happens, then take it from there.

The game will definitely run. I passed on the test as well, besides the graphics card. But I can run the game easilyl. If anything you will have to tweak the graphics settings until it runs well and to your liking.
