Evening everybody,

Just wanted to take a moment to issue a little press release of an upcoming VA launch. Now, I know that there are loads of VA's launched every day, and most usually come to nothing. Please don't think that this is one of those VA's!

Before I tell you about the Airline itself, allow me to give you a little insight into our technological backbone, so that you can see we're not just another fly-by-night operation...

* Fully paid-up .com domain
* Own DNS / Nameservers
* Dedicated Hosting Server
* PHP/MySQL interface for super fast, secure site
* Hosted Teamspeak Server
* Own private Email Server
* FS Host server in the pipeline

I'm able to have this structure in place as I own my own design & hosting agency - so am able to back up my claims above.

I have had a little foray into the VA world in the past, quite some time ago which unfortunately due to lack of time and experience sort of fell by the wayside.

Anyway, I'm back and I think you can see from above that this time I mean business. I fully intend to make this a fully functioning VA as soon as possible, and am looking to appoint a Vice President to assist me during the launch phase.

Ok, so you want to know who the airline is then yes? Ok, I'll tell you. It's callet jetCarolina, and our website is at http://www.jetcarolina.com - but don't go there yet as you won't see anything - YET Smile

Who are we?
---------------
Well, we're a small charter airline based in Charlotte-Douglas Airport [KCLT], and once we launch we'll be offering a number of US domestic flights, initially concentrated in the South-Eastern corner of the US. Initial routes will be to Memphis TN, St. Louis MO, and Atlanta GA, with more to follow as the airline is able to cope with it.

The Vice President will help me to build, organise and publicise the airline prior to launch, which is scheduled for September, all being well - and post-launch will attend to personnel issues, flight data, and all the other normal VP duties.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who's been involved in VA management before, so I can pretty much let them get on with the job whilst I build the site etc.

We'll both take a hand in recruitment, and will build a good working relationship together, I'm sure! (I'm not too hard to get along with hehe)

If you're at all interested, and are 16+ years of age, please drop me a line at ceo@jetcarolina.com, obviously letting me know that it's the VP job you're getting in touch about! You'll also get a snazzy business card like mine - that's gotta be worth it!

I hope that I can find the right person for the job here on Surclaro. I also hope that I've made this VA sound as good as it is actually going to be real soon!

If you'd be interested in another position at jetCarolina, by all means contact me at the above address and let me know what you're interested in, and I'll give you all the info you need and also an estimate as to when we'll be recruiting for that position.

Best regards,

John Hopper
CEO, jetCarolina
www.jetcarolina.com

** PS: The other positions within the company will be made available as soon as the Vice President is in office, and has had time to settle into the role. We'll post another announcement when this happens! **

Just wanted to take a moment to wish you the very best of success with your new virtual airline. I started LewisAire a few years ago, and it has been more fun than I ever imagined. Sometimes frustrating and a little confusing, but always fun and rewarding.

Sounds like you've got a great operation underway, and you seem to have a pretty solid grip on the significant nuts and bolts of putting a VA together...if we at LewisAire can help you in any way, please feel free to ask.

Regards, best of luck to you.
