Hello everyone,
I have joined Surclaros recently (this is my first post! Very Happy )
I had thinking of upgrading my computer and make FSX more realistic than ever.
So I found out Physx Card by Ageia...And I know that it does work on games for example Ghost Recon Advanced War Fighter.
But will it work at FSX?

Thanks

You need to send a link to the specs of the card.

We will also need your system specs:

CPU - AMD Athlon 2600+ or Pentium 4 3.0GHz
Operating System - Xp, ME, Windows 2000 etc.
Amount of RAM
Type of graphics card
Size and available space on hard drive
Version of FS and addons installed

With more info, we can help you more.

Welcome to SurClaro.

Only a very small handful of games have Ageia PhyX support. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter is supported, but keep in mind that people who use it have reported only a small frame rate increase. FSX is not in that list of games. Essentially, if you installed the card and ran FSX, there would be no difference whatsoever.

The bottom line is that people say it isn't a worthy investment now, but the card seems to have potential and might work better further down the road.

The full list of supported titles can be found at http://www.ageia.com/physx/titles.html

To tell you the truth- with specs like those, you probably can't get much better than that at the moment.

Some people might say to get an extra gig of RAM- personally, it isn't going to matter all that much when you're going from 2 GB to 3 GB.

I also completely agree with heeshung- the Aegia PhyX isn't compatible with most games. Definitely not FSX- at least, at the moment. So don't even worry about it.

All right,I agree with you GDI.But I wanted that when in FSX,thereb is window view and with my current specs the wing view is like pixelated and wanted to make a more in-depth mesh.So I am now thinking on a graphic card:
nVidia GeForce 8800GTX 768MB GDDR
