By George, I'd right now this very instant give up one of my fingerprints to enjoy an evening in a good ol' English Pub and take my fill and just plain luxuriate in the surroundings!

And tomorrow, I'd offer up another fingerprint to do the same at the height of a Saturday Evening anywhere else in the world!

If I could, there would be no ends where I wouldn't go just to sample a warm or cold brew of any kind evening! But to be sure, it's not just the beer! It's also a sampling of the atmosphere and local folk!

So don't hand me this or that beer's the best! There never will be anything of the like! Sampling local beer's of origin can never be about the beer itself without the locality from which it was b-r-e-w-e-d! And it's also about the company! A nice can, bottle, glass of beer over an outdoor fire (anywhere in the world), with men standing 'round a fire, engaged in conversation, slapping backs, telling bald faced lies to each other! A game of pool or darts, or arm wrestling or just simply how best to attach and outboard motor to a little fishing boat....

It's often the hour, the weather and what's playing on the jukebox, too.

That's the true measuring of a good beer for me no matter the labeling!

Jaeg- Wink

Best be careful about what you post because there's the image of a young lady here who happens to be missing!

All of you are wrong, period.

If you want the beer of beers, go to Germany.

Been there, done that, puked it up, and had some more.

The best for flavor, body, color, you name it. And with a few brauts, it's even better.

I've had my beers around the world, and Germany does it right.

I've been to the UK, and I was not impressed with the beer there.

However the hospitality and environment was very cool. Food was pretty good too.

But for beer, no thanks.

Whiskey and rum was good tho.
