Hey,

I wanted to find 2 or 3 guys (or gals) who wanted to fly together on a weekly basis.

This is not supposed to be a free-flight flying group. I am looking for 2 or 3 owners of the IRIS F-15E. This is the aircraft we will be exclusively using, this is for cutting down the number of prospective flyers to a managable number.

This is not supposed to be a VA, but a small group of flyers that will fly loose formations to selected desitnations for fun. Reply here, or PM me if you are interested in doing something like this.

Well,

The only two things that I wanted set in stone was the IRIS F-15E, and 3-4 people. About where we fly, I planned on going all over the world, stopping in many different countries. So we could deffinetly try some Asian airports.

Mebe,

I was looking at a server off the mainstream, something where there are usually just 10 or so pilots. I found one so far, and kinda feeling it out now to see if it is suitable for what we want to do.

Dear Bill,

What Sim are you running?
I am running FSX.
Are there still any open places?

This would be restricted for now, to only those that have FS9, and not FSX. But that may change when IRIS has it set up for FSX.

RD is correct.

The current IRIS Strike Eagle is only for FS9 at the moment. If it comes out with an FSX version, I will still lean towards FS9 only because I think it will be difficult to find pilots who have both the FSX version, and a computer that can succesfully render 4 detailed payware jets with sufficient frame rates.

I'm going to make a proboards forum for the group later today when there is a dull period during work. It's free, and offers more than what we need for this little venture.
