FSX-SP1 redrawing gauges

I have installed the FSX-SP1 and since then directly after a plane comes up it starts continuously redrawing the gauges on various parts of the screen. I have windows XP with a GEFORCE4 TI 4200 video graphics.

Does anyone know what to do?
