This will work for any program. Double click the AutoStart icon, then click on file. That is where you can create as many profiles as you want. Set up a new one for FSX. It just controls the programs and services on your computer, and really doesn't do anything to your Flight Sim program (unless you tell it to). The idea is stop all programs and services that unnecessary to the program you want to run, be it FS9, FSX, or any other CPU intensive program.
