A new airline is entering the Virtual Airline industry, VA industry is full of European and North American airlines with only few Asian Airlines. Therefore we decided to serve the Asian Community by launching Pan Asian Airlines.

Pan Asian is taken from Pan Asianism - ideology that Asian countries and peoples share similar values and similar histories and should be united politically or culturally.

Reason for choosing this name was as its unique, suited our airline operations and was not previously acquired by any virtual/real Airlines.

Our Virtual Headquarters will be located in Hong Kong. Pan Asian Airlines will have three hubs in Asia.

The System we will be using for this Virtual Airline is VACS. Pilots will use VAFS3. Pilots will fly their Assignments, and will submit their logs with VAFS3.

Reason for Choosing VCAS system over other Virtual Airline system is its projection of real world issues/problems related to Airline. Money Issues etc. VCAS system will allow our pilots to get paid and their Wages will increase as their Rank Advances. Fuel costs etc will also be considered. This will add realism to flying.

For now pilots will fly their Assignments and will submit their logs via VAFS3

Note:We are not offering Vatsims for now. However we might offer it sometime in future.

Pan Asian airline has just announced that they have sealed a deal with Airbus for A320-200. Planes are expected to Arrive at Hong Kong Hub today. A team of painters ready and hopefully by tomorrow a simple painted aircrafts will be ready to fly.

We will paint it simple right now because our airlines is just starting its operations, and we want it to be in the Air by Jan 1,2008.

Pan Asian Airlines was in talks with Boeing for 737 but it ended without any deal.

This is what CEO Ahsan Shahbaz said on this matter "we were having talks with Boeing but due to few disagreements, delays on their end and inability to get the aircrafts to our hub in time for our launch resulted in no agreement. On the other hand we were successful in sealing a deal with Airbus and I think A320-200 is a great plane to start with"

Other than airbus, Pan Asian Airlines has leased a Beechcraft 1900C from The Beech Aircraft Corporation.

"We are in talks with them to get two more, one for our Hong Kong Hub and one for Dubai Hub. We will use beechcraft for Business destinations closer to our Hubs.

Deal details of our fleet:

2 A320-200 for Dubai(U.A.E) Hub
2 A320-200 for Hong Kong(china) Hub
2 A320 - 200 for Karachi(pakistan) Hub
1 Beechcraft 1900C for Karachi Hub. (has arrived and already painted. ready to fly)

About a question related to Future plans CEO replied "ah future, well we are looking towards adding A330-200 for our European and North American destinations... hmm it is too soon to say anything, because right now we will concentrate more on Asian Destinations."
