Right, and it doesn't have anything to do with the fact that you probably did strip off the paint by taking off all nice and vertical and then hitting 'F8'. Tons of fun to be had by just going into the .CFG file and changing the lbs of thrust...she'll go as fast as you want. Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Pretty cool bud, looks sort of liquidy-reflective. What's up with the landing skids in the second shot? If I land well and gently on a solid surface the skids sit well without sinking in once she's all settled down...do the skids always sink in a bit for you once she's still?

I think it's the shadow. Otherwise, I haven't had any problems with the skids when landing, or a sinking feeling at all.

Ah...O.K., cool...I do get a little sink in if the aircraft rocks a little upon landing, but it goes away fast and then the skids sit just right on the tarmac. I was very careful to get these points the best they could be with my limited knowledge of the finer points - that's why I was almost really perturbed to see your skids sitting slightly under the asphalt. Alright...sigh of relief! Geez, just went through days of messing with the WASP feet to get them behaving decently, too. Rolling Eyes

Dam, with your limited knowledge, and my NO knowledge (ok maybe a little), do you think I would fly this thing (beast, crap, ship, etc), and NOT tell you that I had a problem with something.

C'mon Hark, if you screwed up, you KNOW I would let you know.

Ya know....Sometimes you're your own enemy at times. Laughing

(LMAO @ Su and Fokker.... figure out that one!!!!)

RD

edit: I was also doing some slewing, trying to get a good shot. That might have something to do with the way the pic turned out.

I never thought of you slewing (I don't think of you like that....I thought you were a nice man, now I find out you're out half the night, slewing all over town!) Laughing

And yeah, I'm my own worst nightmare most times.

Excellent......ummm...carry on.

Unfortunatly Clay, I don't have much clout with Alphasim, otherwise I could make a few demands, maybe I might attempt a re-paint for my personal choices only, not looked to see if it's possible.

Need a few pics of the real thing though. Idea (hint). Laughing

See if they have a paint kit for it. Sometimes they do provide one in PSD format. Which makes me giddy as hell, when they do.

btw, Where did you get that F16. That is one sharp looking bird.

Great shots too.
