I am in the (very) early planning stages of a "classic" airline. It is no longer in existence (at least the namesake). It merged with another airline (and changed names), and then that merged airline was bought up by NWA. So what I am wondering, is two-fold:
1. Do I need permission to create a virtual airline of an airline that is no longer around in namesake?
and
2. How would one go about getting permission (just going to NWA.com and contacting them? or some other way)?
Thanks! |

Thanks GS.
I'm going to guess the same goes for being able to use the logo then, too. Right? |

| As long as you dont embarass the brand you will be safe. Also, dont seek any profit from it and they wont come a huntin'. |
