Hey,

I've recently re-installed FSX on my Vista O.S. I've discovered a wierd problem.

With all the default planes and default textures, the progressive taxi shows up. But, when I change my aircraft to an add-on or a default plane but with a airline texture. The progressive taxi thing stops working.

Any ideas?

Thanks,<3

if you have started at an airport, and have already talked to the ATC the first time and told them you are WORLD AIRLINES then you changed to ORBIT AIRLINES.... ATC will most likely NOT see you as the new airlines and will not give you the progressive taxi. My peion suggesion would be to END FLIGHT change your craft and start it all back over again fresh with the new airline.

If you change aircraft or livery you have just washed the last flightplan or taxi request.

Well, so I thought.

But, I was actually just starting a new flight from scratch and didn't change aircraft or anything.

It is a add-on livery. When I tried it with another plane with a default livery, it worked fine.

how strange.

I'm currently playing my first IFR flight from KSFO to KLAX with Boeing 737-800. I have selected the progressive taxi feature, but I don't any indication of the progressive taxi at all (pink dashed lines I used to see in FS9). I've got my graphic settings up about as high as my pc will allow with smooth frame rates.

Where's the progressive taxi?

At some airports (default NFFN Nadi International in particular), you don't even get the option to turn on progressive taxi. Some missed-out code somwhere.
