i just installed SP2 for FSX, now it says my video card is not good enough. oh well, looks like i am stuck with SP1 (at least i can fly on that)
... so, how would i go about removing the SP2??? would it be in Add and remove programs??

i just took a look at that link, didnt help, this is what came up when i tried to start FSX with SP2 installed .... (i just found it on the Add and Remove List and removed it now it works fine again)

ahhhhh yes, the dreaded shaders.............and I dont think they mean Foster Grants... Laughing . I believe they are referring to shader 2 or something like that, it was necessary for DX10 support that is now being written into the code.

what in the ???? where was that? and why would a bridge be in the middle of land with no water, or valley below it?? lol... i wonder if the people at microsoft know that the sp2 is messing up like that?

More than likely, you don't have the Accelleration package installed either.

I am running SP1 and Acceleration with no problems (fingers crossed), have just started using DX10 as well again no real issue apart from the older a/c not showing!
