What do you mean by fs2002 scenery enhancer? If you are referring to an object placement program there are several for fs2004, a few of which are freeware. I tend to avoid scenery stuff from 2k2 into 2k4 due to positional and elevation errors/differences between the two sims.

My quick answer, without having done any research, and assuming you mean FSSE (Flight Simulator Scenery Enhancer) by Lago, is no....simply because if this is the product you're referring to, they have put out a new version for FS2004. I think the name of the product shortened to FSE for the FS2004 version. If FSSE for FS2002 is your program, why not surf over to their FAQ pages for that product and have a look-see. As Groundsqirrel stated, there are also Freeware programs available to place objects with in FS2004. 'Runway 12' is one name that comes to mind, and there are more out there for the diligent searcher. Another Payware alternative would be 'EZ-Scenery' by Abacus.

For 'Runway 12', a free download - go here and click on 'Design' on the upper left of the home page, then 'Design utilities' on the upper right, and select page 'E', scroll down to find Runway 12. http://www.scenery.org/
Have a look through their whole site for tools and tutorials, they rule when it comes to scenery for flightsim!
