There is a free terrain file for an area I frequently fly in but it is for FS9. Is it possible to use it in FSX?

As far as I am aware, fs9 won't work in FSX, what area are you refering too, maybe there is already one for FSX.

Have you done a search ?

Mel.

How about a file name, and where you got it. If it's a texture thing only, then some can be used, and others used if you do some tweaking.

Best thing to do is to join the FreeFlow forums and ask the authors what will or wont work with regards to FSX.
